MuscleBlaze Whey Premium Digezyme, 8.8 lb Rich Milk Chocolate Whey Premium Digezyme

Whey Premium is an ideal post-workout health supplement and should be consumed after work-out to make the most out of the synergistic effect of insulin-amino acids. Added glutamine helps in faster recovery of the muscles, thus making it a complete recovery protein. For any average person, protein takes longer to digest. So, it is preferable to consume Whey Premium in the morning.

The quality of protein varies with different drink supplements. High-quality, or “complete” protein sources include animal-based proteins such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, and Whey protein. These foods supply all the essential amino acids that your body needs to build and maintain muscle and to function properly. Protein found in most plant foods, including legumes, seeds, nuts, vegetables, and grain products is considered “incomplete” protein because it lacks some of the essential amino acids needed daily.

If you are lactose intolerant, or are sensitive to lactose- the natural sugar found in milk products, a better option for you would be Whey protein isolate which contains very little lactose.

Whey premium is manufactured using Whey imported from carefully picked sources in United States of America. However that doesn’t mean that the product is manufactured in USA itself. However raw material from US ensures the customers of International grade protein quality.

MuscleBlaze® Whey Premium with 1g of added glutamine contains 5.55g of Glutamine and Glutamic acid per serving which aids in transporting nitrogen to the muscles to aid faster muscle recovery process and muscle synthesis. It prevents the body from going into the catabolic state during inactivity and thus leads to faster muscle recovery.
