How to use?
Add 1 level scoop (31g) of Muscleblaze Biozyme Whey Protein Isolate to 200 ml of cold water. Blend for 30 seconds for a delicious shake. Take 1-2 protein shakes per day or follow your dietician advice.
* Value for money: Definitely value for money (especially with the sale).
* Mixability: They said to shake it for 15-20sec for best results but when I did that for the first time and had my first sip, I had a lump in my mouth. (I used water)
* Texture: I don't know if the texture should be like this but I feel it's a little thick texture-wise (more like a milkshake consistency). The previous brand I used blended well with the water when I mixed it with and didn't have this thickness consistency.
* Taste and Smell: When I first opened the box, the smell was amazing. I was expecting a great taste as well but then it's not up to the mark. It has a little weird "plasticky" taste to the flavor. And also, the after taste stays for a long time in your belly which I'm not a fan of.
* Freebies: Got a shaker as a freebie and the quality of it is quite good :)
